100% Gamay from vines planted in 1955 in Theizé (near Mâcon). Currently in conversion to organic farming after being taken over in 2017. Whole cluster maceration for 2 weeks then pressed off into 30hl barrels for roughly 5 months before bottling. Dense, dark fruits, with incredible lift. Unmistakable as Gamay. Bottled in 1 litre recycled glass. (Every label in this cuvée has a different hand-painted design😮)
