This cuvée is a 2-day maceration of younger vine Gamay which gets direct pressed with an added field blend of white grapes from a winemaker friend of theirs. Infused for one week and then pressed into a 14hl Alsatian barrel to age before bottling. This wine is only bottled in magnum and when you try it you’ll know why. Juicy, dusty cherry, and blood orange. A perfect marriage of white and red grapes.
