A white made from 65% Riesling and 35% Gewurztraminer. Crushed, destemmed and soaked on skins for 8 days, before going to press. Tropical fruit salad, with pronounced leesy texture and bracing acidity, keeping this wine energetic. Ripeness of aromas reminding us of Alsatian wines. Zero/zero winemaking. Grown organically in West Kelowna. All fun in the sun.
