Chenin Blanc planted in 1957. A blend of the 2016 and 2017 vintages. 6 to 24 months on lees and bottled with 20-24 grams of residual sugar to produce some ancestral method bubbles. Slightly fizzy, and slightly off-dry, with a mouth-watering finish. It’s densely packed with flavor and surprisingly refreshing. The taste is in line with the best Chenin out there, but this version is more fun.
