100% Lledoner Pelut (a distant relative to Grenache Noir) from 40-year-old vines. Phillipe lightly presses the grapes to keep extraction low. Complex aromatically with a Pinot Noir-esque nose. Ripe field berries, herbaceous with smokiness as it opens up. Reminiscent of lighter Nebbiolo, or Baga. Very fine tannins with a dense amount of grip, and bracing acidity.
